These champagne truffles are a sweet, sparkly addition to any holiday party. They are simple and easy to make and you can customize them however you’d like.
We used white chocolate and metallic rolling sugar and then sprinkled a little bit of magical disco dust on top to give them some extra shine.
If you’re feeling creative, you can dye the chocolate whatever color you’d like and choose rolling sugars that match.
Be sure to keep these little guys refrigerated until you’re ready to enjoy them (and if they get a little soft while you’re rolling them, pop them back into the freezer for a little while)!
